Supercar Photo-shoot
This month at 718 Studios we have been busy! As you can see from the photo above we were lucky enough to have a brand new McLaren supercar in for a photoshoot. The photography crew made use of our drive in – drive out rolling gates with direct street access and drove the car straight onto our spacious white studio cyclorama.
Indoor Fireworks!
718 Studios in Bushwick is an awesome space for any video shoot. not only do we have huge white cyclorama stages but we have all of you studio needs including, lighting & grip equipment, HMU/dressing room, production office, drive on stages, water ready stages, green screen cycloramas, a kitchen area and a client mezzanine. Cats the Musical!
We’ve had an amazing month this December as 718 Studios! The talented team at Cats the Musical were here on stage A in our studio space to rent, and were shooting marketing content for their spectacular Broadway show. They utilised our blacked out studio and high ceilings, and built an inside set to shoot their video. The cast danced around on a sprung board floor whilst the crew shot on an Alexa camera and used our various lighting and g&e equipment.
Green Screen Shoot…
Another amazing shoot we had this festive month was a chroma green screen shoot. We converted Studio A into a full studio green screen for this awards ceremony – segment video. The crew brought in a large row boat and suspended it on a raised platform. Our 25ft high ceilings and 5000 sq ft space is the perfect NYC film studios for shoots like this!

Luxury Airliner Brand – Video Shoot
A well known luxury airliner company took over our New York City film studios for a few days and shot an amazing commercial inside. They used a crane rig for high sweeping shots and a dolly for smooth tracking shots. Due to the large 5000 square ft space and 25ft high ceilings they were able to use all of this equipment and build an airplane set all inside our A/B combo here at 718 Studios!

Thanksgiving Get Together
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
This year we partnered with the amazing Lightbulb Grip & Electric to host their annual rental agent Thanksgiving dinner.
The event was a huge success with over 80 guests from 50 different rental houses! Here are a few pictures from the event
Bushwick Film Festival
This month we were very excited to host the annual Bushwick Film Festival!
The festival attracts over 3500 attendees, as well as more than 1500 film submissions from 60 countries around the world, contributing to the Borough’s cultural and economic growth. The festival is committed to community building, empowering underrepresented storytellers, and increasing diversity in film and other forms of media through year-round programming

Branded Content Shoot
We are no strangers to branded content shoots and had a particularly colourful one this month.
Our studios work well for these shoots, our 5000 square ft space with production office, client mezzanine, HMU room and kitchen are perfect for when you have a tight turn around time and also need space for the clients and crew!

Photography Workshop Series, with Kevin Michael Schmitz
This September we welcomed Kevin Michael Schmitz for his amazing photography workshop.
Students from all over the country joined us in Brooklyn, NY for this informative workshop. This particular episode in the series specialized in fashion photography. It included hands on training for all things fashion photography, including lighting, direction and business aspects.
Spring Blissed – Fashion Event
Young Gods Clothing brand ran their annual Spring Blissed Fashion Show here at 718 Studios. The show included a large catwalk that ran through the centre of studios A/B with rows of seating on each side. The studio was the perfect space for this type of event, they made good use of our HMU room and the production office was used for a dressing room to style the models! The DJ was set up on the client mezzanine overlooking the event.
Lil Gotit – Rap Music Video
We had a great start to the month and hosted Lil Gotit and his production crew for his upcoming new track!
The crew used Quasar tubes and programmed different lighting sequences to change with the music. Production and talent took full advantage of out HMU room, VIP room and client mezzanine. We cannot wait for the video to drop!

Social House – Haunt You!
At the begining of the month we welcomed the amazing musical duo Social House! Members Michael Foster and Charles Anderson, originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, joined us at our studios in Brooklyn to record the video for their latest track, "Haunt You". The video was shot entirely at 718 Studios!

Liam Payne & A Boogie Wit da Hoodie
We were on a roll with music videos this month as we welcomed our second musical duo to shoot yet another music video. One Directions, Liam Payne and American rap artist, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie hung out at 718 Studios to film their playful music video for the upcoming track "Stack it up".
The production rented the AB Studio combo and had sets built on each side as to allow a quick switch between when shooting different elements of the video.

Celebrity Chef – Carla Hall
We had an interesting shoot this month was with Celebrity Chef, Carla Hall. The TV production crew rented Studio B and created a small chef kitchen area to shoot TV segments for an upcoming show.
Our double cyclorama studio right in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn is perfect for TV shoots of this kind. We have roll gate entry on both side of the space and 25ft high ceilings making it easy for loading and building all types of production gear.

Ferrari
Not only are we a great space for video shoots but we are perfect for photo shoots.
The photo team at Ferrari took advantage of our 5200 sq ft space and drove two brand new Ferrari's right into the stage! The photographers blacked out the studio and shot images with dramatic light effects using sparklers.
BET – Awards Promo Shoot
At the end of the month, the amazing crew from BET rented our double cyclorama AB studio combo for their awards promo video shoot!
We had the pleasure of welcoming B Simone and Queen Naija.
The crew suspended color changing Quasar tubes from our 25ft high ceilings using fish wire to create modern fun lighting. They also used dolly tracks for seamless camera movement. We are the perfect studio for these kind of projects with our high ceilings and various lighting and grip equipment rentals available.
Branded Content Shoot
For this shoot the client requested a specific color scheme! This is something we are more than used to doing and by their request we transformed studios A and B to green and blue making their production designers vision come to life!
Megan Thee Stallion – Big Ole Freak
718 Studios is proud to announce that we're here and we're open for business!
We are conveinently located at 130 Thames Street with an entrance around the block at 1115 Flushing Avenue as well. We also welcome you vehicles, cars or trucks inside the studio from any entrance as we have 25ft high ceilings and roll gates at both sides.
